Linda Tierney

BSc Counselling & Psychotherapy

Linda holds a BSc Hons. in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is accredited with the IACP. Linda’s base therapy is person centred but integrates psychotherapy and CBT if appropriate.

Linda has experience working with adults in relation to depression, anxiety, loss, grief, low self esteem, OCD, trauma and bi-polar disorders.

Linda’s approach is to provide each individual a space where they can express themselves and know that she is willing to listen and engage with their personality and perspective.
