At some point in our lives we all experience challenges and difficulties that can be overwhelming. Stress and anxiety can be caused by uncertainty over the future, feelings of loss, problems with addiction or difficulties in a relationship.
These are just some of the reasons why people choose to seek help. A trained counsellor or psychotherapist provides confidential and professional help by working with you and the difficulties you face.
